About Lotus Woman Life Coaching
My Background
Women, like Lotus flowers, grow from different backgrounds, and come in a variety of beautiful colors and shapes. Though we may grow in muddy waters, through currents and rocks, we can all bloom beautifully like a Lotus Flower blooms as it emerges from the water that was drowning her.
I created the Lotus Woman model of coaching after overcoming my own personal childhood and adult traumas.
With over 20 years of experience as a certified life coach and helping hundreds of women achieve their goals and improve their overall life and
well-being, I can help you overcome life's adversities.
My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual woman's unique needs.
I can help you overcome trauma, anxieties and life's hurdles using my Lotus Woman approach to past trauma, internal growth, change and help you bloom into your most personal and beautiful Lotus.

I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops. I walk the path with you to assist you in setting your best mindset, making any necessary changes and achieve your ultimate goals and dreams.
I offer empowerment and a safe and sacred space for you to bloom.
Individual Sessions $140.00 for one hour
