Life Coaching

At Lotus Woman, I help women transform life’s struggles into opportunities for growth, empowerment, and self-discovery. Inspired by the lotus flower’s journey from mud to magnificent bloom, my coaching process supports you in uncovering your true potential, embracing your inner strength, and creating a life that reflects your deepest values and desires.

Body/Mind wellness

With over 25 years as a doctor of Oriental Medicine and over 15 as Professional Life Coach, my approach to true blooming combines the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspect of a woman. Understanding the different stages of our growth and development, we can start where you are, plant the seed and watch you reach your goals to full bloom like the beautiful Lotus flower you were always meant to be.
